Viper~ you might be right about the lawsuit... frivolous... but could be costly in defending? I was in another company that was forced into BK (chapter 11) due to defending patent rights that the court eventually sold leaving a shell. When money is tight, they have better uses for it IMO I think it was this Rob that got me into this company. He is now in Texas, right? At any rate, while he and I disagree on certain other investments, on this one we seem to agree lol best! kp
