What are the primetime hours?

From about 4:00pm to 9:00pm. Cable is still vastly faster than dialup. On message boards where most of the pages are text you won't see a tremendous amount of difference but on pages with a good deal of graphics and downloading things you will be stunned by the difference. I'd estimate cable is probably 30%/40% faster than dsl and 50 to 100 times faster than dialup.
