Pursuant to a special resolution passed by shareholders Feb. 28, 2002, the
company has consolidated its capital on a one-new-for-six old basis. The
name of the company has also been changed from Redmond Ventures Corp. to
Crown Point Ventures Ltd.
Effective at the open March 12, 2002, the common shares of Crown Point
Ventures Ltd. will commence trading on the Canadian Venture Exchange and
the common shares of Redmond Ventures Corp. will be delisted. The company
is classified as a junior natural resource -- mining company.
Postconsolidation
Capitalization: 100 million shares with no par value of which
2,070,839 shares are issued and outstanding
