What trees? Printing presses! I can't imagine why you are lost. Very little work need be done to simply print the money. Period. To get great cars in return for just printing it up and passing it out, you see, would be a GREAT deal! Of course, you should see this plain truth, and the inescapable implication; if we didn't work to provide an equal value to the world, in return for our imports taken, the world wouldn't send us a darned thing for our paper dollars. In other words, despite concern about jobs in a free trade environment, jobs must come back to us(to supply needs of other countries), else the imports would come to a screeching halt.

Think about it, you can't escape it as,

Freedom Works
