Yup....caught this, this morning....this is a real problem with this stock...altho she recovered a bit today, the street has always been spooked by any gov't litigation against the industry...I had to slap some April puts on my position today....I think some of the nervous money will leave over the next few days and I see us back into the upper forties before too long...home I'm wrong!!
