Scott, -- I Iike stocks that will make money even at $275.00 POG. -- ...and so does everyone else. There are two strategies I see being used in this sector. The first one is you can buy and hold the low cost producers like Goldcorp, Meridian and Glamis - yes their expensive at today’s POG but are they expensive at $400, $800 or even at $1600? You can buy and hold these stocks and only sell out of this sector when you feel the peak is in. The point here is that the POG becomes the strategy and not the stock. Only high beta plays need apply.

Or

Do like some of these FA veterans and buy the heavily discounted explorers and rotate out of them when they're fully valued at today’s POG and into something else that isn't.

Personally I'm trying to do a little of both - I'm holding three stocks in my portfolio I feel best represent the action of the POG and the POS - I call them non-tradable - and with everything else I pretend I'm a professional stock flipper.

Anyway… With this method I know I won't be left out in the cold if I've traded all out of my so-called tradables when that gold dawg starts barking in a big way.

Regards
Frank P.
