I remember Pat Boone's leather outfit.

I also remember Pat Boone from when I worked as an usher at a Fine Arts Auditorium in Pasadena, CA while in college. He had season tickets one year. I met a few luminaries back then - Father Mulcahy from MASH, LA's Mayor Bradley, Gregory Peck, Dom Deluise and ... Pat Boone. He was the only star that I ever had to ask not to touch the gold leaf under the stairs. What a sneaky putz! I had to ask the House Manager to talk to him.
