Hi Don, I've lived in Oregon off and on since 1972. I've never heard anyone ever mention OISM before. I don't consider myself ill informed about the academic resources of the state. What can you tell me about this organization? They seem to be the sort of think tank operation that gets its funding for telling the truth the funders wish to get expressed. Is that about right? -Ray
