GEMS margins are still great. Last quarter their
gross margins were about 53% which is exceptional.
A year ago, they used to have about 60% gross margins
plus lower tax braket that resulted in much higher net
as a percentage of sales.

If GEMS increased sales to $115M in Q2, that should
result in additional $5M pretax profit or 5C/share
after tax relative to Q1 or 27C/share. They also had
many large orders that should result in a positive
book to bill.
