WIND- Another that appears that it will have trouble at 15.
Filled the gap of the sell-off a couple of weeks ago. This is a company that cut their forecast and dropped 30% just to make it up here for no apparent reason. With market weakness and weak hands I think we could see a profitable short cutting risk to just above 15 and a target down to just above 11.
