Actually based on the news they'll still will post growth in revenues and earnings and I can only assume their guidance is very conservative at best. The only difference in my view is that the Agere spinoff is pushed to next quarter. So I view this as a buying opportunity so I'm buying back my short term shares that I've sold in the 6.3-6.6 range.
