It's seasonal, I believe, which is why triad (WAG, CVS, RAD) drugstore sales were better than expected (late flu peak, higher-than-usual cold temp).

If you buy RAD it has to be because: 1) you're looking for a fallen angel play, 2) wants to invest in the drugstore industry, 3) thinks its valuation are attractive compared to its competitors, 4) the company has the solution to solve its ills, 5) and it started implementing them. ...Among other things to consider.

From $3.33 to 3.59 (low-high 3.4-3.7 today), it seems 9.2% was above most Street expectations. But hey, you have to make up your own mind --at times it's not reflected in the market.
