Actually based on the news they'll still will post growth in revenues and earnings and I can only assume their guidance is very conservative at best. The only difference in my view is that the Agere spinoff is pushed to next quarter. Gotta disagree. Their guidance assumes sequential increases in revenues, something which hasn't happened for the past six quarters. The Agere spinoff also probably requires a sequential increase in revenues in June. In my opinion this is not conservative. And there is no guarantee that the Agere spinoff will occur in the September Q since there is no guarantee they will achieve positive EBITDA in June. CapEx is going the wrong direction.... Elroy
