10:54AM AOL Time Warner sub growth numbers cut by Lehman (AOL) 26.04 -1.24: -- Update -- Lehman analyst Holly Becker is reducing her Q1 subscriber growth estimate to 975,000 and full yr number to 3.9 mln. Revisions follow AOL's announcement this morning that membership has surpassed 34 mln. Becker calls this news long overdue, and that it highlights concerns that domestic growth is slowing dramatically, that international subscribers may not be picking up the slack, and that churn may be increasing. It also appears that increased adoption fueled by the release of AOL 7.0 in October has stalled.

All the bad news in now built into the stock. AOL should be bought with confidence under 26 this week.
