Why should they? Is there anything nice to say about capex right now? I don't think so. The issue will be when do we reach the bottom of capex spending. Does anyone know? The CEOs of the ones that are doing the capex (carriers) don't even know. One thing is certain however. That there is a bottom up ahead somewhere. So time is working against those that think that this can go on for ever and that we will de-evolve to smoke signals and string and cup communications. lol.
