Wow, JR, you're a dissident! Why have you sold the stock? Yes, numbers to be out by end of next week, unless they are not, in which case they will be out in time for the annual meeting (22 July), unless last year's experience holds true, in which case they will be out by 22 August. Are we destined to talk about this subject again and again, for days and days and days? Let's declare a moratorium. As to the recent selling: Apparently the firm raised money in one of those deals that dilutes the stock and gives investors an easy bonus. JP suggests (I hope I'm repeating this correctly) that folks may be converting preferred stock into common and selling for an immediate profit. I don't believe this represents a major dilution or that the selling is a signal of impending doom. But of course, I believe many things.
