Boston Life Sci Completes $3.4M Cmn Stock Pvt Placement DOW JONES NEWSWIRES BOSTON -- Boston Life Sciences Inc. (BLSI) completed a private placement of $3.4 million in stock with an unspecified "small group" of individual and institutional investors. In a press release Tuesday, Boston Life said it issued 1.6 million common shares for $2.15 a share. The company's Nasdaq shares recently traded at $2.14, down a penny, or 0.5%. The company also issued warrants for 399,892 common shares exercisable to purchase common shares at $2.75 a share. Boston Life said the placement will add financial resources to support the company's planned clinical trials for this year, including Altropane and Fluoratec.
