We may be forming a nasty top here on both the Naz and Dow
Trader sentiment got to the 80% bullish area last week, and is still in the mid to upper 70s on both the S&P, so I'm 100% cash as of last Friday's close. We'll get at least a short term decline and possible a more lengthy one. I'll be waiting for sentiment to back off to neutral at least before recommitting funds.
