In my view, they sure are. It means that the SPX could finally be topping out, if it hasn't already.* The line of resistance seems to have been the Jan. high. I do wonder whether a retest is possible.

*Not that I have anything against the SPX, mind you. I may have a small argument with complacency, but that's another matter.
