I'm not unhappy about the pull back because I had sold out at $2 a month or two ago.
The interest savings will be around $3.5 million/annum and that is not small potatoes to a small cap like EQIX. Stock has picked back up in past 2 days and finished up 11 cents today.

I'm holding onto what I bought recently at $1.12 average and looking for $2 by end of this month.
