Broke up over trend line- cc and i stochrsi 13 day and 8 day rising- 21 day stochastic turned up. All positive. Intermediate term signals are still weak but can turn with earnings report. Found strong support at 34-35 last week. I don't know about fundamentals but technicals are going in right direction- break up of down trend line is strongest sign.
