That is certainly true, enforcement is uneven. I do not so much blame the Administration as whomever had the lack of perspective to make an issue of a heat of the moment post. It is especially ironic that this occurred last week when I was trying to reach an understanding that might help the situation among some posters, and that E tells me worked out. Perhaps I am over- tired. I just think we can usually handle things among ourselves.....
