Here's what I expect is an easy question:

Easy for you,
not so easy for me:

I have done something to my browser (I assume),
so that when I click on a link a new window opens,
but that window just stays blank instead of connecting to the desired site. Of course, this only happens when a new window is supposed to open. If I stay with the same window, there is no problem.

Any thoughts on how I might fix this annoyance?

Thanks guys (and I mean that in a gender neutral sort of way)!
