Ted-by no means did I want to infer that the market will be flooded with these new shares. I would hazard a guess that few, if any, new shares will hit the market. I agree that it will most likely be used for additional capital infusion with some dilutive effect.

There was a positive which I did neglect to mention. Increasing the number of authorized shares does allow for a split, as mentioned, without a whole bunch of special meeetings and votes. However, the new issued shares will only allow 1 split of 2 for 1 to take place. Somehow that does not seem aggressive enough.

Also, I am tempted to look at CSGI at sub 11 prices. I will definitely sit on the sidelines until I see the outcome of this election. And again, I haven't seen the proper buy in sign yet either<GG>
