My feeling as well.
The "leak" of mini-nuke use plans is a trial balloon.

Absolute power corrupts absolutely.

There is nothing preventing the executive branch from using nukes.

There is no check or balance at this point. Congress has already passed sufficient war powers.

Given the opportunity and carefully crafted means to create a World War, do you think the administration can decline?

Here's a question for the thread: would the use of nuclear weapons to vaporize terrorists make us more secure, or less secure?
