That their lease is up in July is straight from their SEC reports. I don't know what will happen with it, but this is an unfunded/underfunded company with no fulltime employees that wants to process toxic materials (Cad & Te). Would you rent to it unless you were getting paid off in some way?

I haven't "heard" anything outside of the company's SEC reports.

I bet the company listens to me, though. I've often pointed out that one of the signs that GTSM is scam is its absurd claim to giant breakthroughts in 3 wholly unrelated areas -- exotic semiconductor production, anti-crop fungus, and an electric motor / generator -- none of which it has funds to develop. The company recently revised its website to delete references to the crop fungus part -- but only after a hysterical vaudeville exchange (pretending to be a real discussion) between several admitted company insiders.

It'd be funny if it didn't also sucker people.
