Not only Gus, unless the deal between the GIA terrorists and the French gov was : " you GIA don't attack us again, and we let you operate in France without chasing your people around, bugging your mosques, harassing, deporting your agents etc". And it holds. Now if you ask me if it is a good deal, the answer is no, for it is short sighted, like usual when French politics are involved.
