Ssssshhh, Russ, you are waving off Elizabeth with this talk: It's a bit of a "manhood" litmus test in my view. If one can't own this situation at these prices, what can one own? Somehow I'm more willing to consider a stock if Our Lady of Skepticism goes there first. Even so, I'm not buying base metals in this economy, especially given the town situation. But, OT, I am willing to borrow and sell the risky end of the mortgage business, so I thank you for the RDN short call the other day on SD2. Edit: I think the same general economic conditions that will make for large base metals consumption will favor the housing industry, and RDN.
