I think your apology may be premature. The Pallidan(sp) group which did the private placement is, I believe, an investment banking client of Lehman. IMO these types of private placements really trash the stock price. N.B. the trading activity just before and particulary just after the "investment" I believe this is from the new "investors" hedging thier postion. General question for the thread, Is anyone other than myself unhappy with the lact of information flow from the company and the current years private placement?
