I know exactly what that proposed law means. It's a wonderful idea that should have been adopted long ago -- along with a lot of other constraints on classless action lawsuits that do nothing but feed the greediest and most shameless members of the bar, at great cost and expense to businesss and consumers alike. How much was your cut of the last class action lawsuit filed on your behalf?
