The true criminals are the public sector-propped up by the greedy Plaintiff's Bar. "Loser Pays" is the best possible tort reform. It is inevitable in the longer run, since the current condition of the tort system threatens the existence of the rule of law. But, in the meantime, this bill would yield a small but much-needed improvement. The idiots who waste their time decrying "corporate criminals" were all perfectly happy to have a president who committed the most flagrant crimes in history...
