I more than most believe there are far too many government obstacles to any American fairly achieving his or her financial dreams, but the fact is I don't have any respect for those who lie, cheat and steal their way there, and this legislation makes that oh so much easier. Yes, it is uncanny, that this major legislation that would represent a gigantic earthquake in the American legal system, a massive transfer of states' power to the federal government, is sailing along with almost no publicity or debate. That more than anything is frightening.
