Yep. Paine Webber moves 96 EPS to 1.66 from 1.60, and moves it to a strong buy. This implies CY trading at a tiny 7.5 times 96 estimates. This should bounce over time to the high teens minimum, unless SRAMs crash further, although CY has good diversification into PLDs etc.
