Hi Jane Thanks for the response.The tech just left. He claims the problems are due to the fact that they are still working on the system. He also claimed that since the new system is all fiber optic adding more users will not effect me. I am interested in your comment about yahoo. Are you saying that I can have my yahoo mail routed to outlook express? If so how would do this. Thanks again Ernie
