An the case that the 16th amendment was not legally passed has some legs. Now that would be the biggest continuing crime in history. All other crimes would be in micro pennies. It is starting to look that way but I'm afraid that the genie is already out of the bottle and we won't be able to put him back. The 16th amendment not being legally ratified means little to politicians and those who suck off the government teat. -Mana
