This is MAD's new language to keep them out of court. Note - they have DROPPED any reference to "World Class Yields" - most likely on the advice of their legal department.

I have on several occasions calculated MAD's yields at sort and they consistently run around 34% - based on published data.

By mature, MAD implies that they are either getting up to 34% yield or they are achieving the same number of good die/wafer on their 0.13 micron process as their 0.18 micron process, which implies a horrendous yield of about 17% to 20%.
