I don't think there is any question that siga should be a 12 dollar stock. Just look at JBIL these last 6 months. If siga just picked up crumbs they would have a tremendous backlog. The circuit board business is booming. I do not understand why siga has not moved with it. It simply has to be bad management in the past. I think the addition to the board should make a difference on the near future.
