Bonds ticking up fwiw:

A little sluggish compared to the stock, which is now triple it's recent low....rally apparently triggered by Friday's PR about phones used at the SLC Winter Olympic.
Meanwhile in the real world G* now inhabits--the U.S. Bankruptcy Court District of Delaware-- over 80 filings have been made already. Most have been routine, and some poignant (letters of disgruntled shareholders). Yesterday, the first objections were filed to previous G* motions. The US Trustee(UST) objects to G*'s prior motions for (1)approval of its auditor, (2) for authority to employ "ordinary course professionals" and (3) for authority to continue "investment policies"
Hearings on the motions and objections are scheduled, I believe, for March 22, while a "Meeting of Creditors" is scheduled for March 25, 10AM, 2nd Floor, Room 2112, J. Caleb Boggs Federal Building, Wilmington DE. At the Meeting, "the Debtor's representative....is required to appear ....for the purpose of being examined under oath. Attendance by creditors at the meeting is welcomed.... At the meeting, the creditors may examine the Debtor(s) and transact such other business as may properly come before the meeting."
