I checked again, and the Athlon 4 notebook has SDRAM, while the Dell Pentium 4 notebook has DDR. That could also explain the difference.

Speaking of which, where are the DDR notebooks for Athlon 4? The "QuantiSpeed" marketing guys sure would appreciate it.

Because it's AMD who needs to prove that "QuantiSpeed sells." Intel doesn't need to prove that "GHz sells."
