Think of this - why is MAD so LATE with their 0,13 micron copper process - which supposedly is just a shrink of their 0.18 micron process?

Is it LATE because the yields have been SO GOOD ?

Heck no - it's been LATE for a reason - POOR YIELDS.

Now, MAD is forced to go into production - just to keep up with Intel's accelerating Pentium 4. And they are going to do that with whatever yields they can get.
