bob, Just wondering if the stock is going up or if they are looking for buyers for their 10 cent shares before it dives to a penny? 100,000,000 million shares authorized, why authorize more shares unless they have already used the 50,000,000 that was already authorized? That makes me wonder. Somehow I have gotten the impression that PR Firms never help the investor, just the company so why call with a hot tip for us to buy now? Volume is down this morning at 11,000 shares right now: is that the reason for the call? Just some devil's advocate thinking here. Bob PS This company owes us a statement of how many shares are issued and how big the float is right now. Being a non-reporting company is bad for us, as they would have to file that information if they were a reporting company. How about it Prima Capital?
