Thanks for the ratio. I'm leaving for the U.P. on June 8 and won't be back to FL until early August. In any event it appears that cpq is selling at a $1.67 discount to its exchange value if the deal goes.

That raises the question, what will cpq do if the deal is voted down? Will the stock drop? Don't forget, cpq dropped substantially when the deal was announced several months ago. Is this one of those - damned if it does or damned if it doesn't? Deal announced - cpq drops. Deal fails to go through - cpq drops. Any thoughts?
