What's wrong with Billy Lyon Homes (WLS)? Do you think new home construction has peaked? I'm going to reduce my new home construction stocks, not because I know something others don't, but I don't want to be too greedy. Greed is the kiss of death, and a lot of human beings suffer from the disease. Btw I like GST's attitude about cash. Don't leave home without it.;)
