Dear Mr. Carmichael,

FBN Associates is pleased to report that our forward-thinking executive staff implemented several accounting controls during the company's inception. These "check-and-balance" systems ensure that absolutely nothing will be found within the corporate ledgers to overstate your equity. FBN's "General Avoidance Accounting Practices" ensure that absolutely no liabilities can be found that would come between our company and your cash investment.

Years ago whilst the country's corporate culture merely talked about the "paperless office", FBN Associates actually put the concept into practice. The obvious advantage is that there are absolutely no records at the FBN Accounting campus to shred. The only downside is the lack of throwable confetti to celebrate our anticipated exoneration from any unforeseen investigations.

Yours Sincerely,
-MrB
