Wrong, flap. Your logic fails because your Point #3 is false, on two counts. There is no evidence whatsoever that public information is being "sold," or that public information is being made available "only" to certain people. Members of Congress speak at fundraisers all the time, and speak about something that they're involved in. Next time Tom Daschle speaks at a fundraiser, let's see whether there's a flap about it. Do you think he's going to read to the audience from the telephone directory? You're one hate-filled idiot. Btw, what are you doing posting after work hours? Did they ask you to work late tonight? What the Repugs in Congress are doing is selling public information only to those who are willing to fork over $250.
