Paul,
Can you provide any insight on the PE department structure at Dresden. I can imagine the poly litho / etch group for example suffering shell shock. They have several new things going on for a layer owner to handle.

Device /Process performance improvements
New products – new recipe implementation, new defect / yield issues or concerns
New process - .13 bulk, .13 SIO. Transfer issues from development – new issues at high volume.
Sustaining activities
Xfer / partnership with foundries
Manufacturing training
Meetings with other sites based in America’s (different time zone issues)
Personal development
Turnover

Each one of these is a huge work-load, they can’t be structured like Intel can they? I think it would make me understand yield issues.
