FSI International, Inc. to Present At SEMInvest 2002 in New York
MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)--March 13, 2002--FSI International, Inc. (Nasdaq:FSII - news), a manufacturer of capital equipment for the microelectronics industry, will be presenting at the Semiconductor and Materials Industry Investor Conference sponsored by SEMI which will be held in New York City, New York.
SEMInvest 2002 will take place March 18-19, 2002 at the Roosevelt Hotel in New York City. At this year's conference, attendees will have an opportunity to participate at a number of panel sessions which will be focused on timely industry topics.
Scott Becker, vice president of product management for FSI's Surface Conditioning business, will be a panelist at the March 18, New Wafer Technologies panel session from 10:45 a.m. to 11:45 a.m. and the Economies of 300mm and the Impact on the Industry panel session occurring from 4:50 p.m. to 5:50 p.m.
Don Mitchell, FSI's chairman and chief executive officer, will be the SEMInvest 2002 luncheon speaker on Monday, March 18, 2002. Mr. Mitchell will focus his presentation on this year's conference theme ``Expanding Horizons''. He will be reviewing industry trends as they relate to new technologies, new markets and new market places.
