Ha. I was thinking more along the lines of Bush (sins of substance) vs. Clinton (sins of style). Clniton's transgressions were basically sins of style ... he didn't hurt anyone other than to tarnish the image of the presidency.

Bush, on the other hand, is doing some Nixonesque stuff with real consequences ... sealing off his old man's papers, trying to increase the power of the Executive Branch at the expense of Congress, failing to disclose the influence Big Oil had on energy policy, playing hardball with civil liberties, etc.
