Hi Teri:

Dishonest is a very strong term, and I do not bandie it about lightly. The reason is the options repricing which occurred a few months ago, and the lies they told to justify stealing from the shareholders. Papken went on about how they needed to reprice options to attract and retain engineering and other talent, inasmuch as these people receive a large part of their compensation in options. That would be a valid concern. Unless the Chairman and CEO was making threats (to himself) to leave and go elsewhere because the common price had gone below his exercise price, then he should not have repriced his own options, which numbered at least in the hundreds of thousands, and far outnumbered anyone else by a huge multiple.

Stealing, plain and simple.
