Why are the statistics not relevant? You used numbers, at least I provided a link. You posted that there were 18000 suicides and 13,000 murders by guns here, and only 200 murders by guns in japan, implying that somehow things were better there. I posted a link showing that they had 33,000 deaths by suicide alone which is higher than the total of both here. I didn't even look up to see how many deaths there were by guns.
